How Creative Residencies Work
A creative residency at PMH is a design-forward retreat for individual creators, studios, and brands doing culture-shaping work. Residencies include a free 3-night stay at Parkview Mountain House and are typically, though not always, during off-peak periods (spring and fall). In return, creative residents produce and share original content inspired by their time in the mountains of Utah. These creations then become part of PMH’s growing cultural archive, with credit always given back to the original creators.

Selection Criteria
We welcome applications from individual creatives and brands, studios, or collectives whose work and passions align with Globizen’s city-building philosophy and the ethos of Parkview Mountain House — design-led, globally minded, and rooted in a deep love for the mountains. We prioritize originality, aesthetic clarity, and cultural relevance over reach. A large following does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

What Creative Residents Give Back
Every creative resident is expected to produce and share original content that reflects their experiences in the mountains of Utah and at Parkview Mountain House. This can include photography, video, written pieces, branded campaigns (such as a lookbook), or an artifact for the house (such as a playlist, scent, painting, etc). All content should reference Parkview Mountain House and acknowledge the residency program in a way that naturally fits the creative’s tone, medium, and brand.
